 Spinal Therapy

Spinal Therapy

I started the McTimoney Corley spinal therapy course at OCEPT in September 2006 (please see http://www.mctimoney-corley.com for full details). This fabulous therapy is a method of restoring health by gentle corrective manipulation of the bones of the head, spinal column, pelvis and limbs, thereby ensuring the proper functioning of the nerves and endocrine systems which control the natural self-healing capability of the body. Although I intend to always study for the purpose of personal CPD, I see this particular course as a vital part of the variety of treatment I can offer. It seems the perfect compliment to everything else I have learnt over the years. This variety means that I can assess and treat every horse I meet as an individual with individual preferences for different types of therapy. Some seem to want the gentler but wonderfully profound energy type work, while others relish an invigorating massage.
